10/9 - 10/13 & 11/22 | Ages 3-12

Are your kids out of school and need something to do?  We have a range of opportunities for you at Nashville’s best gym! Boost Gymnastics provides a variety of activities for school-age youth when school is not in session. Campers will meet new friends, have new experiences and most importantly…have fun! Our goal is to provide a program that is convenient for parents and provides them with peace of mind knowing that their child is well cared for.

Boost Gymnastics offers theme based camps throughout the year for ages 3-12. Summer, Fall Break, Holiday, Spring Break, and Outta School Spot camps are available. All of our camps have great instructors, small groups, crafts, swimming (ages 5-12), obstacle courses in the field house, and of course great gymnastics. Our campers have the opportunity to participate on the trampoline and play in the loose foam pit. They will have a fantastic time!

Boost Gymnastics offers Before Care for early drop off for parents needing to get to work before camp begins.

Space is limited so reserve your spot today for the rest of the year!

***It is very important that you register in advance because we must be staffed appropriately for the safety of our campers and coaches. We follow a set child to coach ratio and there are only so many spots available in our camps. Drop-ins the day of camp are welcome as long as we have space available. The cost to drop-in is $75 per day.***

General Camp Questions

Will there be a coach in the water when campers go swimming?

Yes. There will always be coaches in the water with our campers at all time. There is also a lifeguard on duty at all times.

Does my child have to swim?

No our campers do not have to swim. They have the option to hang out on the pool deck if they do not want to swim.

Is swim time free play or structured with instruction?

Swim time for our campers is free play, although the occasional water basketball game will pop up.

What if I am running late for pick-up?

Just give us a call and let us know! We completely understand that things happen. We will have a coach stay with your child until you arrive. There is a $15 fee for anyone who is 20 minutes late picking up their child from camp and a $1 fee for every minute after until you arrive.

Do I have to sign up ahead of time or can I just drop in?

We have very strict children to coach ratios that we follow for the safety of our campers. In the event that we have room in our camp that day we will allow a drop in. The cost is $75 per day. Your best bet is to pre-register and reserve your spot in advance for the duration of the camp.

Can I pick up my child from camp early?

Of course you can! Just let us know ahead of time and we will try to have them ready for you.

Someone other than me will be picking up my child. What do I need to do?

If the person picking up your child is an approved guardian on your KidCheck account, at the time of checking your child in select the drop down someone other than you will be picking them up and select that persons name. That guardian can then use their driver’s license to pick your child up because their name will be listed on your child’s name tag as the pickup guardian. If they are not listed as an approved guardian on your KidCheck account please leave your guardian receipt with us at the front desk with the name of the person that will be picking up your child. The person picking up will need to show proper ID in order to retrieve the guardian receipt.

Will my child be with older children? What is the age range?

Our little kids camp from 9:00a to 1:00p ranges in age from 3 -4 years old. Our big kids camp from 9:00a to 3:00p ranges in age from 5 – 12 years old. We group them in appropriate age groups for activities and games.  Our little campers do not generally mix with the older camp kids.

Is there formal gymnastics instruction during camp?

Yes. In each of our camps we teach recreational level gymnastics and base instruction on what skill level our campers are at.

Do they just do gymnastics all day during camp?

We are part of a wonderful state of the art facility and we use as much of it as we can during our camps. We do a variety of activities including games and obstacle courses in the field house, arts & crafts, and swimming.

Where do I drop off?

Please enter through our main gymnastics entrance and sign your child into KidCheck at the kiosks behind our front desk. Once you have your KidCheck labels printed be sure to put your child’s name tag on their back and you hang on to the guardian receipt for check out. At this time a staff member should be able to show you where to put your child’s things. If someone is not present to do so they are probably in our team gym (where the trampoline, rope and foam pit live) for stretch that begins promptly at 9:00a. Our little campers will find their name on the far wall in the main gym and put their things there. Big campers will put their things in a cubby in the restroom. Once their things are put away please escort your child into the team child and find a coach (wearing a neon yellow shirt) to help you find your child’s group.

Why do I have to use KidCheck? Everyone knows me there!

We love the fact that we all feel like family here but it is in the best interest and safety of all of our campers and gymnasts that we maintain protocol when it comes to drop off and pick up.  This helps to insure that every child leaves with whom they are supposed to be leaving with. Thank you for understanding and supporting us on this.

I think I left something at the gym. What should I do?

We suggest that valuable items not be brought to the gym. Boost Gymnastics is not responsible for any items lost or stolen. However, we do pick up items at the end of the night. If you think you may have left something here, please call the front desk as soon as possible to see if we may have found it. Unclaimed items are donated to charity.
